A North Ranch gate clicks shut behind you, the front door is locked, and the only key is hanging inside the house. We run a lot of these calls in the gated pockets of Westlake Village, where the hardware is often higher-end, multi-point patio locks and the like, so forcing it is the wrong move. We get out to you, open the door clean without drilling, and have you back inside fast.
Most of the lockout calls we run around First Neighborhood and Westlake Island are simple once we're there: a door that latched behind someone, a deadbolt thrown by mistake, or a key that snapped off in the cylinder. We carry the tools to handle all of it, including broken-key extraction, and if a lock is worn out or sticking we can rekey or swap it on the spot so it stops happening. Free estimate before any work starts, and we'll tell you straight what it needs.
We're a local mobile shop, licensed and insured under CA BSIS #LCO8562, working Ventura County and the Conejo Valley. If you're near The Promenade at Westlake or back in Three Springs, give us a call at (818) 454-1047 and we'll point you to the nearest tech. Same-day during business hours, and we'll get you back inside without a fight.
